How do they do it? Pros...

I mean, its a long season and you know that every pro skier out there is trying new tricks, getting beat up , and not landing everything perfectly.

I have not skied everyday this winter, and don't land airs as big, and my body is pretty worked over right now. After a great winter of lots of snow and moving into a snowy spring with plenty of skiing to be done. My shins and calves are a wreck. I know "don't land back" but it happens, and after leaning some new tricks in the BC with lots of snow, it happens. Jumping a sled with ski boots on, it happens.

Just giving those guys a thumbs UP for all they do.

Having well fitting boots and a strong body goes a long way. I skied just about every day this season. In the beginning, I was super tired after each day but at the end of the season, I was fine.

I got forced into doing Yoga this semester and shit it has helped sooo much, especially with reinforcement of my muscles and my flexibility. Good fitting boots are key also.

^^^ Sounds like everyone has there head on straight. I think "dedication" is the correct answer so far. All the rest of those things are a must

hopefully because they enjoy it so much that theyd rather be beat to shit and having fun then feeling good and be at home

correct fitting boots are key. I just have retardo shins

But other than that, work out alot, ibiprufen, and dedicating to ski through it

All pros have an extra chromosome that no one knows about. It hasn't been named yet, but scientists are starting to think of something...if you don't have one you can't become pro
