How do the Shutout jackets fit?

I'm 5'8. The large is modeled by a 5'8 person and looks good, but when i make the measurments on myself it seems to long. How much length is added by extra fabric across the chest and shoulders?

I appreciate any input, im just trying to make an educated purchase
