How do i patent something?

so this shit stole my shirt design and is now selling them on the internethttp://www.redbubble.com/people/scottpeters he clearly stole it from one of my pictures that i loaded onto flickr. so i was just wondering if any one has or knows how to patent something easily so i can stop this guy. thanks

any time you create any creative work be it image or sound file or painting, it is automatically copyrighted. You do need to have proof though, such as the origional high def image on your camera or the file.

First, send an email asking where they got the image/ idea for the shirt. You need to have them acknowledge that they did not create it from scratch.

If you have this available, you can threaten that you will press legal actions if it is not removed, or you are not compensated.
