word. is the kick start thing worth it you think or should i just huck it?

depends on the jump size, larger jump with more pop=straight tuck. Smaller jump(cat track)= Webster type flip

Keep for feet staggered, you need to pop up more. And bring the knees up.

Your tips should roll off the end of the lip. Hit that super man extension with both arms and spot the ground for a second before tucking it around. One foot kicks are sty but you'll be way better off learning them with an even two footed take off.

You're a lot closer to having them down than you may think, keep it up.

Kick start/ninja flip helps on flat take off. Right after you set the fronty, suck up your knees more than you think you need too. This should help you get it around cleaner without landing backseat.
