How do I get Sharpie ink off my fricken face?

I could use a little help here guys. So I went out dressed as a Mexican last night and since my ability to grow facial hair is limited, I made the stupid decision to draw my mustache on with a Sharpie pen. Problem is, it's my uncle's Birthday today so I need to get this shit off of my face ASAP. Any magic solutions? I really don't feel like being ridiculed tonight! (PS soap is not working dammit!)
 
Use dawn and really hot water and scrub really hard, I don't see why that wouldnt work eventually.
 
nail polish remover, a lil bit of bleach in water, or sometimes those stridex pads work
 
Anything with acetone in it will remove permanent marker, as well as many other substances. Nail Polish remover should do the trick, but some do not contain acetone anymore which would make it harder.

Hmm i'm trying to think of other common solvents that would take it off...Ethanol (drinking alcohol) might do the trick, as will Isopropanol (rubbing alcohol) I think...try those, if not soap and water is your best bet probably, or the tampon haha.

Oh ya, and if it was like the 'heavy-duty' sharpie (kinds they have in labs and stuff), chances are it isn't coming off.
 
that sucks sharpie always comes off me, people used to right all over my face, and it would always come off. maybe im just lucky. lots of soap and scrubbing?
 
haha not really! It didn't help that my rents didn't tell me before this morning that I was going to be seen in public. I was banking on watching football.

Too bad I don't have pics. It was a pretty rediculous outfit to say the least. And my mexican buddy dressed up as a cowboy... oh the irony.
 
WOOOOOO! nail polish remover! But let me tell you, that's a last resort. That shit stung. Probably didn't help that I shaved and scrubbed just before, but fuck, that hurt.
 
hmm well i just got a shit load of sharpie off of my face and all i did was use face wash and scrubbed and then used my foamy soapy thing and the facewash and scrubbed and it came off.
 
if you scrape your face and press down really hard and keep scraping it for a long time then maybe the sharpie will come off, but your face might look all red after that
 
Yeah good luck with it. your gonna have it on for about 2 weeks. Itll fade after every shower. My arms are post it notes for girls and I had I love you written on my arm for a good 2 weeks
 
get this stuff called "fast orange". it's soap/pumice with little grains inside of it, or if u can't find that, use sand and water, it'll get right off yo face
 
for everyone still posting saying he's gunna be stuck with it for 2 weeks, if you read a couple posts up he updates us telling us he got it off with nail polish remover.
 
for future reference, you can get permanent marker off with sunscreen.

i found this out after a triathlon. i had my number written all over my arms and legs, and was going to the beach. i tried to scrub it off, which didn't work very well, decided i didnt care, and went out anyways. sooo when the time came to put on sunscreen, my writing magically disappeared!
 
That's that shit the cops use to get the ink off of your fingers after you get finger printed eh? not that I would know.
 
dumbasses, i always put sharpie on my skin. If you like dab the sharpie on your face to make it like more wet it takes it right out. Like it kinda dilutes it.

like try not to do it to much though like lightliy dots
 
i passed out early at a party and people drew all over me with sharpie and i woke up at like 4 and noticed it and i was like fuck it ill deal with it in the morning..so i wake up like 6 hours later and it was gone..i was sleeping on a leather couch and it just rubbed off..it was wierd..heres a pic of when i first noticed it
