How do I do a lincoln loop?

Last time I tried I broke my hip, on a hip.. oddly enough. Is it easier to spin that 180 while you rotate? is that basically a rodeo?

buy a trampoline. saves you from those messy hospital bills.

in terms of just learning on a tramp, just try a cartwheel in the air. the key when you're learning is to find something to look at, then try and stay focused on it while you rotate around. that's what keeps you from doing an inadvertent backflip when you're just first trying them.

look straight forward the whole time, roll off your back edges, just worry about where your scoping and your skis n shit will follow. ive noticed its ahrder to do it without the 180 but once u get them down without it its easier to do it off smaller shit. depends what you want to do it off really

just fuckin spin it dude, its exactly how you think it would be, same as on trampoline. i did my first one off a 5 foot table in the kiddie park. i could probably easily do a double lincoln if i tried

some truth, probably coudl huck your ass off and land it, but if you use your sidecut and pop and flex of your skis to your advantage you woudl find them easier.

pop up (remember kids, always pop - unless you're doing a all carved out cork, then carve that shit!)tuck your knees in while putting ear to shoulder (obviously in a fully body way so your whole self to goes with the ear)keep your eyes focused on something specific downhill from you to keep your body aligned downhill or your body will want to get all sidewaysthen as you're dropping out either keep your knees in or extend depending on if you need to keep the rotation up or slow 'er down.

Thats exactly how coaches would describe it, well done. I found the best way to practice is off diving boards first.

first get a tramp
so u want to pop when u do this. It helps a lot.Focus on something right in front of uthen put hands out to the right or left so that they are about shoulder height than right as u pop throw your hands down to your side as u canworks for me

pop knee and shoulder up as if to throw them over your head.. and keep your eyes focused on something in front of you so you dont spin

try it off like a smaller jump like a 25

pop off look dead forward

kinda throw it forward like lean soo you dont land backseat.

drop your shoulder

spot your landing

kabam!

i find it a little easier to grab like safty then i throw my arm down to spin it

looks sick and helps you rotate a little better

and! is you do decide to grab go more nose and you wont land backseat

i do them super easily, i can do them off of knuckles now, you just throw them to the side there is nothing technical about them i'd compare them to about the difficulty of a 540. ear to shoulder thats all you gotta remember.

Do a barrel roll is an internet meme.

If I feel confident I might go for a lincoln this weekend. I can do front flips so should it be pretty easy?

^ yeah im definatly tryin them this season for my first invert i have em dialed on trampoline and even did it on tramp with skis on how much closer can i get to acually trick?

dude just grow a set and do them, its not a big deal its a fuckin easy trick ive seen THE biggest gapers land them. you should still be stoked when you land it though because it's a good base for learning new shit. ps frontflips are harder than lincolns.
