How do big mountain skiers get there skis back?

Anyone else ever been curious as to how skiers in AK and on rowdy lines in general get there skis back? Like how's Angel Collinson getting her skis back after a 1000 ft biff?

I still live in the day of hiking back up...Or get a another pair, hike back up a day or 2 later and retrieve. Atomic now has ski trackers on their big mountain lineup. Its like a Recco for your skis.
