It was before any of you can remember, I promise that. Back in '99 and 2000 there were two major freeskiing sites:

Freeridezone.com and Freeskionline.com.

I used to visit those two sites everyweek and then one day on Freeridezone there was a link to this little crappy site called Newschoolers.com. There wasn't much there at the time, just some pictures of McMurry doing backflip mute grabs, but they had a neat trick name database. So I kept checking that site out until all of a sudden there was a forum, so I signed up to post to ask about Mt. Hood. That was back in late 2000

 
There used to be a website with name motion in it that had ski tricks tips and one day it dissapeared. So I was searching google for tricks tutorials and ended up finding newschoolers.

As far as how I found this place.. I was up at Camp of Champs about 4 years ago and some kid told me how sweet newschoolers.com . When I got back I forgot what it was called.. tryied typing in newschooler.com, newschool.com, and it wasn't working. Then I saw an ad for it on poor boyz or something.

i was sessioning a rail at the ski hill, and some fat kid with salomons came up to me and asked me if i was on newschoolers, and i was like "whats newschoolers" and he told me it was a website, so i figured, hey your a fat kid on salomons, you know whats up, so i checked it out.

i was at a friends house and they were showing me some videos of these guys i halfy kno at my school....mikee lifshitz and danny isreal, and so when i went home i wanted to re-watch them...so yeah i made an account and saw some skateboarding in the summer section and then i was like this SHIT HAS IT ALL!!!!!
