How did windells manage to trade mark the words "private parks" and "real snow"? They seem like really generic words

Those two phrases have to Be the name of something they have. Like they're talking about something specific.. not just real snow in general, because that would be an infringement of tanner halls copyright

I think the question is why? Seems like a huge waste of time to file for TM on something not important like that. What, is some other ski area calling their snow "real"?
