HOW CAN MEADOWS AND SO MANY OTHER RESORTS OPEN WITH THE SAME AMOUNT OF SNOW AS MT. BACHELOR.

maybe because bachelor has drier snow that doen't make as good of a base. Another thing may be that their forcast isn't showing any more snow in the next week or so

PS...Before we brag too much...I skied Bachelor more last year than Meadows....
 
it might be because of a the special use permit that they have from the forest service... a lot of times those will limit a ski areas season of operation.
 
rage needs to buy bachelor, and make it the sickest mountain on the face of the planet with parks everywhere, and no avalanche control so tourists are scared of the top.
 
they had the remodelling done in time but then a water pipe broke and leaked water for 6 hours, kind of fucked up their schedule, they had to redo a bunch of shit
