How are the Full Tilt tongues? Worth? Feel?

I currently have a full tilt tongue with a flex of 4/10 (70?). A couple tongues at flex 8 (100) and 10 (120) are available for my kickers. Are they worth? Is there a big difference? Any information on them would be greatly appreciated. Thank you :)

How much do you weigh? Going up to at least a 100 is probably a good idea if you're 130 lbs and up and a decent skier

I weigh around 165lbs. Looking to get the 10 flex.

I weigh like 165 and rock the 10 flex on my drop kicks. I Straightline and ton of stuff so the 120 are nice but, I wish I went for the 8 flex just cause I don't charge hard enough to use the 10 flex regularly. I'd say if you go super hard get the 10s but I would recommend the 8's.

Yes, absolutely worth it. I'm 175cm / 72kg 100% park skier and I've got weeks on every tongue available for the Dropkicks. Used only the 12's for the current season and haven't felt a reason to go any softer. (I'm actually in the process of switching to a race boot.) The stock tongues are just way too soft for anyone the size of an adult and above the skill level of absolute beginners IMHO.

Do yourself a favor and invest in a Booster strap, Patriot Tru strap, Head double power booster strap, or Atomic professional dual strap as well.

So you would probably recommend me the 10s over the 8s I assume?

It depends. A stiffer boot will always be more responsive but it will also always be more demanding to ski. Too stiff of a boot will suck just like too soft of a boot will, just in a different way.

How tall are you, what's your weight, how would you describe your skiing and the level you are doing it on?
