Housing near Crested Butte?!

does anyone know of any housing options near crested butte? or a good way to get hooked up with roommates? thank ya!

there are gunnison and cb facebook groups you can ask. You can call up real estate agencies. you can call property management companies.

But you will probably have to live in Gunnison, I know several people who can't find anything in CB right now.

Go to the gunnison Brewery and buy people beers. Then pump people for information. If you have a solid federal government background you might be able to get on blm volunteer program and get free housing for work. Did that in the fall of 2012 but worked all summer at blm. Other wise the gunni shopper or cragislist are best option.

Also if you winter camp, there is a free blm campground a mile outside of CB.
