Anyone know of any cheap places for rent/purchase close to Carinthia, trying to get an apartment or something small for up there next season

Being a local i can say the likelyhood of you getting something cheap near the mountain is highly highly unlikely. if you do find something it will probably be a shit hole. Wilmington would be a pretty good bet and its only like 20 min out or less. If you have buddies that would live with you and help pay rent you can prob get a decent small condo in downtown dover for pretty cheap. Maybe try Dover Watch complex? my buddies fam has a place there and its pretty small and like 8 min from the mountain. so its probably almost reasonable. good luck!
