movin to tahoe this winter with 2 friends. im lookin to get a decent house on north lake, whens the best time to get out there, how hard is it to get cheap housing, wheres best to live

what should i have learned, and when the fuck are you coming back dude, check it out. I moved to tahoe, Got a new girl ( fucking awesome, she even skis and has the most amazing blue eyes you could imagine) , Free golf and i have a shitload of money for once.. call me soon mother fucker.
