HOUSE in peterborough ; need 1 more roomate

Hey, just going to make this quick.

Myself and 2 other friends will be looking for somebody to fill the room that the current dweeb is living in. The current roomate is being kicked out because of lack of coolness / lack of maturity and lack of help with cleaning and general life level. It's a quick ride to Trent University, assuming anyone that will be interested will be attending university.

The spot will be taken until the end of the summer, ready for move in time before classes resume. Or if the current guy leaves earlier, the room will be available earlier.

Lease will be signed separately with the Landlord.
