hey guys, my friends and I have a house we are subletting for the summer. It's in a great location on granville street with a HUGE backyard. it's about a 10 minute bus ride from downtown and 20-25 from the UBC campus.

offers are coming in as the summer months are approaching but I thought our tennants would be stoked if more NSers were posted up over the summer.

down to drop the rent to somewhere a bit above $500 .... only 1 person in there for the summer so we have FIVE (5) rooms for rent! live in a dope city! hit me up!!
