House for rent! Perfect U of U location! 3 br

Sorry for the dub-threads, but me and my room mates are all moving away at the end of the month and our lease goes till August so we are looking for someone to take it over. It's a 3 bedroom, not huge but it's a pretty dope house with a good floor plan. Backyard is real dope. I walked to school all year.

Hit me up for details, looking for someone to move in for June preferably. I'll probably take some pics and post a legit ksl ad tomorrow.

I should also mention rent is $1450/month. A little spendy, but if you go to the U the location is well worth it.
