LOT SAUCE

Tru, there really isn't a perfect one size fits all sauce, gotta find the right combo for different foods

For sure. Also different moods. Sometimes i go hard on somethint for a while then move on. For a bit. As long as there's spice. I can't live without hot sauce.

Maritime Madness Mustard Habanero

Compliments (Canadian generic brand) "Oh Mama" sauce

Maritime Madness east coast stinger

the Sriracha that comes in a jar that's more chunky

Frank's red hot

When I can I just get hot peppers though and add them to whatever I'm eating, or mince them and mix them with salt and vinegar.

Oh fuck yeah I have some of their regular strength chile habanero sauce and even that gets me going

I grow my own peppers and make my own hot sauce. I've been working on a pineapple mango scorpion sauce, refining over several batches through this past summer. I'll take pics when I make more in the spring. I use a mix of yellow scorpions, habaneros, and the occasional apocalypse scorpion, along with a number of other things such as the aforementioned fruits, orange and lime juice, honey, vinegar, onion and garlic, etc, all cooked on a grill.

Its both very sweet and savory at first, with the sweetness quickly turning into a solid heat that cranks your body temperature up three degrees. It goes great with mexican food and southwestern dishes, fish and pork especially.

that XXX rated sauce seemed hot until I ate some Nepali hot sauce that was pure fire at the Himalayan Kitchen. After that experience XXX is only slightly spicy and stuff like Cholula basically tastes like ketchup

Dried Naga Jolokia rehydrated and blended with water. It's how the Indian restaurants achieve Extra Super Hot without changing the flavor of the dish ?

the Mango Habanero sauce from this local place they have other types which are also fire but that ones my favorite atm

Torchbearer hot sauce is pretty sick. Maybe im biased because they are located 10 minutes from me, but their tarnation and slaughter sauces are damn good

Red or green El Yucateco? What’s hotter? I just did a head to head of the regular strength hot sauce chile habanero
