Hoot brown

i actually thought the same exact thing like a half hour ago... everyone rate creightons a ten so he gets new #1 top rated!
 
i thought of the exact same thing this morning. it wouldnt go off the top rated page in one day. it completley vanished
 
What happened to this top rated picture of Hoot. Did a Moderator take it down for some reason? Not cool at all. This picture has been in the number one spot legitimately. Why was it removed? Whats up with that? Put this picture back where it belongs right away. It has completely vanished into thin air. PUT THE PICTURE OF HOOT BACK WHERE IT BELONGS IN THE TOP RATED SPOT IMMEDIATELY...

just kidding. i think paul probably changed the algorithm for how pictures are ranked. not just the hoot brown one is gone, lots of other ones are gone, or higher or lower up all of the sudden. i know they just made some changes (like the star rating thing) recently, so that's probably it. i don't know for sure though.
 
Tell "Paul" to change the algorithm back. I don't actually think the algorithm was changed. I believe a moderator removed this picture. This pisses me off that the picture of Hoot is gone and the comments are too. It is nowhere to be found at all. All the other top rated pictures are still in place. The picture of Henrik Harlaut and Oscar Scherlin shreddin, Crew_Drop, the Picture of Gus Kenworthy. The pic of and that picture of Hoot belongs in the #1 spot.
 
There are definitely other pics which were top rated that aren't there, so i don't think a mod deleted it. There would be no reason for a mod to delete the hoot brown pic anyway
 
No he is not. A mod might not of deleted it but the picture needs to be put back to were it rightly belongs. That picture has been there for a long time and is a tribute to Hoot Brown. It earned its rating legitimately and if it has been moved back down through the pages of top rated pictures it will never make its way back to the top again. Just understand (NS/MODS) that this Hoot Brown picture touches everyone who looks at it, and its comments. I did not know him but after the first time I saw the picture and read all of the comments I was touched by how supportive this little community of NS really is. Its a symbol for this site and the types of people that are on it. Because of this it would be a good thing if it could be found and put back in its place.
 
Nobody deleted it or intentionally messed with it. Its simply been naturally bumped off the top rated list, it had been there forever and was bound to happen eventually. Top rated means what you guys want to see there, not us. Calm yourself down a little
 
It has only been voted on 100-ish times. If I am correct, there were far more votes before the new rating system.

The picture shouldn't be bumped off because of a new rating system, it should be at the top considering how many people voted for it to be #1 in the first place.
