what kind of hook up on gear do you get working for whistler/blackcomb, or do employees even get one?

You get a discount on regular prices, but not sale prices, and special prices on a couple of items like ProTec helmets and a couple of accessory things, as well as access to sale items once a year that are bought specifically for staff that are usually pretty close to cost.

There aren't a lot of hook-ups, but then there are a few thousand of us, so free stuff for everyone would be a bit much, you know?

If you work at a rental shop they give you a ski and binding set up to use for the season.

or if say a roomate was a ski instructor and the other roomate worked in retail...preferably hardgoods, then you could do fairly well for eachother...then get caught and disciplined
