Baloo Member Aug 22, 2012 #3 well if you aren't wearing a helmet follow these steps. first you put your hooded sweat shirt on ( zip it up if it has a zipper.) Second put your hood on. third tie the draw strings in a bow. and bam it on and will stay on.
