Your friend just realized a quick way to go to jail. Have had multiple friends do it and get caught. Friend got P mailed from Cali never left LA and he got a note in the mail saying if it happened again he would be prosecuted.

Another kid was doing it successfully for about a month shipping WA to Indiana until a package was seized and he was on tape dropping it off and was prosecuted.

Not worth it.
