Someone needs to please the snow gods, because so far things are not looking good. While other resorts like mammoth sit in there 6 feet of snow we have a measley 7 inch base. I bought a pass this year and I hope to use it. If hood dosent start to get snow regulary this could be one of the worst snow years in history. And if it dosent start snowing soon I think they should invest in some snow blowers, because so far things arent looking to good. I know I am whining and complaining, but I am starting to kind of feel like my dad made the worst 400$ investment of his life for me. I know its not possible to control weather and that complaining about it wont make it ne better, but somebodys got to say something. If you didnt already stop reading this then I instruct that you pray for snow. I know I will be.

ahahaha... worst snowfall in history.. well 2 years ago it didnt open until december 18th i think. dont worry about it, it's not a bad investment your dad made, unless you never go during actual winter and spring.

 
Yeah, that was bad two years ago. Opened november 10th or so and closed again 4 days later. Oh well, the rest of the season was great, especially March on. A season pass at Hood is never a gamble - they WILL get snow.
