Hood on Sundays

Timberline's website says the FTC is closed on Sundays for park maintenance and rebuilds. Does anyone know if the public park is still open on Sundays? Or is it best to just try and make it on a different day?

Saturdays are the best days in the summer because the camps are mostly gone and the lines are short. Mile park is open on sundays but theres a good chance of some features being closed due to the meltdown

Thanks for the info. I don't get in until real late on Friday night/Saturday morning, but can still make Saturday work. No rest for the wicked I suppose.

One other thing, the website says the lifts run until 2 PM, but the parks are open until 3 PM. Does that just mean that you can hike the parks for the last hour?

The ftc tows run until 3 and the mile park is hikeable until 3 or whenever the park crew starts raking features

Saturdays are sick as mentioned and mile will be open on sunday. Still riding all the way to the lift and the park is pretty fun. Pipe has been a blast
