Honestly, is it just me or have ski movies fell off?

I dont think they have fallen off. You still got sick movies with people throwing down. As long as Level One, Stept and PoorBoyz still make movies there will be shit going down and dope shots. I love the movie Stept put out this year (Mutiny) that was filthy and had dope shots . Movie are going to get better because urban is expanding,Park is slowly growing and backcountry is now becoming big ass booters, not powder shots but big fucking booters
 
They are still stacked but as others have said you still have great skiers, But new names coming up and alot of younger kids are doing crazier shit "Fuck it And Huck it"
 
I went ahead and got a bluray of partly cloudy, just to inject my collection with new life.....

haven't watched supervention yet cause of work and my full mass effect playthough.........mostly because of my mass effect playthrough
 
I think part of the issue has been an increased use of web series/edits/etc. When I first started buying movies, the only thing to watch online were trailers for next years movies (that wouldn't be available for another 3-4 months). By the time they came out, there was so much hype and stoke, it didn't realty matter is the movie was actually good or not, it was amazing.

I also have no interest in urban, so there is likely a direct correlation between the increase in urban and my decrease in interest (also why I'm enjoying TGR and MSP more these days) in newer films.

TGR Is Warren Miller played at Micro Breweries instead of movie theatres

Gapers that read Skiing Magazine and go to Beaver Creek once a year who wear lots of North Face know about TGR, thus making TGR inherently gay.
