How would you make a box for a box to rail? I NEED to know the dimensions if possible, and the supplies needed.

Use common sense..dimensions could be anything you want them to be. Get creative.

For my box, I have signgrade lexan on the top, and angled steel on the sides.

i made a sick box out of a bunch of thin PVC tubes screwed to a board paralell to eachother. it works really well and you dont need coping.

i made a box out of plywood and put crazy carpet and angle irons on the top.

SKIING IS LIFE...the rest is just details.
