Home made box

I just got done making the frame for one. If I can find my digital camera(not sure were it is cuz i recently moved) I'll take some picture's the box is 10.5ft. long, 2.4ft tall, and a foot wide. It's really sturdy i ran across the top so it should work good for you to. If you want it longer it could have easily have been 14 saying each 2x4 is 7foot each but we'r emaking others so i shortened it for space purposes.

 
My dad bro (ryno) and I just made a 24 foot two peice box, ill get some pictures up soon to show you how we did it

i really want to build a box too but i just dont want to spend the time. i made a rail using two black pvc pipes and a just screwed and glued them to some wood that was the same length. it took like 2 hours but it kinda sucks. a box would be alot of fun.

 
what did you guys use for the top im still not sure what to throw on I want to get something durable. Is the see threw stuff just plexy glass and if it is how durable is it?

LEXAN is the best for topsheet but it costs alot.

I would use puckboard if I could get a hand on it(My local arena is stupid and they do not want to give it to me...)

were do you buy puck board and how much, what are some substitutes just in case. I checked the search box but didn't see much

My box right now isn't close to 400 but is sturdy and looks like it'll work good. it must have been the lexan that cost so much

my dad said his work gets rid of this plastic material all the time that would work perfect. He said it's the same stuff that they use at resorts(or at least our old local one).

Anyway, a gas station we pass. We got gas, and ran off to get grub.It was a nice little pub in the middle on nowhere. Anywhere woulda been better. I ordered enchiladas and I ate 'em, Ali had the fruit punch.

i used sheet metal and had them bend down the edges and pre drill holes on the sides...slides good and is really strong, just a sugjestion

 
you can make a box for free.

for the 2x4s, ask at construction sites. the guys are ussually young and dont give a shit so they let you take them.

for the top sheet, this might be tougher. but what we did was go to this place that makes hottubs and started taking a big sheet of the material they use for the tubs. some guy came out and flipped shit, and then kicked us out. so we just went back at night and stole it.

there you go, hopefully you have screws and powertools, but other than that, theres a free box.

hey man i made a box with snapjibber2008 at the beginning of the summer. if you want some pics of what it should look like then look at his pictures and get an idea. ours turned out pretty sweet.

People die from all sorts of addictions, but i'm pretty sure nobody has ever died from a porn addiction.
