Did you ski the Big Troubles much at +4? How did you like them (like park/powder/groomers/switch/etc)? I had mine on recommended this year but was thinking of mounting forward.

how do they not have the edge dealy on them? you cant notice from the base, its only thicker edge uderboot, its not like you can tell from that pic.

well some have a harder base material next to the base, i think thats what hes talking about, but that base peice ends up falling out like a puzzle peice, your not missing out without it

that binding has a lot of play. you could probably crank them down to fit a 25 if you had to, and up to a 29.

Yeah, i dont think that harder base part does any good. I actually saw a TM this weekend with the extra hard base section and it looked like it does absolutley nothing. I don't know about you guys but my problem with edges is that the wall or cap always pulls away from the edges, not that the bases near the edge is getting dented; besides does hard bases stop edges from cracking? Probably not.
