Yes Im 6'7" now everyone knows so when I make a post wanting XXL gear or 180+ skis, dont flood the post with you dont need anything that big, holy shit youre a monster, etc. haha. Every post I make wanting to buy something it just turns into youre a giant or you dont need anything that big... Thank you

hey stop giving him crap becuase he's tall, at least hes not short. Did u know that the avg newschooler is 5'10"

err dude, im 6 foot and i ski 179's and they are the perfect size for me. someone who is 7 inches taller than me should def be on atleast 180

Oh wow, I didn't think I'd have to come in here and clarify that I was being sarcastic. If you check my profile it's pretty clear that I support skis that are over 180cm. Yeah NS!

it's hard being tall in skiing. I'm 6'4" and have a hard time, can imagine 3" taller. Finding pants was a huge problem, all the ones i tried on in xl and xxl were too short and not baggy enough. I ended up getting some xxl sessions which are pretty huge, so they work well.

haha holy shit i feel you pain. i'm 6'3 and pants are such a problem. just go for obermeyer XXL long. they should still do that i hope. it was conveniant. and try getting yourself a pair of 190 firstbloods. those would be perfect for you.

haha i thought u were serious too...i have prophet 100's that are 179 n im only 5'6" lol. ski em fine tho

God thats gotta suck to be 6'7'' and ski i am 5'9'' and wish i wouldn't grow anymore. Finding skis for you must be a huge pain in the ass and clothes not as much as skis though cause the recent XXXXXXL trend.

Wow I made this post expecting to get ripped apart kinda to give some people laughs but I actually have legit responses that awesome!

werd

im 6'2'' and im on the 190 bloods for backcountry/all mountain

and the 177 chronics for park/urban

and yes being tall does suck....sometimes

Exactly why I am starting to make my own outerwear and I might be selling a little bit of the stuff. I am only 6ft tall, but I just like stuff good baggy, and with a lot of ankle steeze, but being tall its pretty much impossible to get ankle steeze and nice stuff. I am still just working on first drafts right now, but let me know if you are interested in some custom (good fitting) pants or jacket.

Im 6'3'' and wear a size 14 shoe....so finding a good boot in a big size like that is one huge pain in the ass!

i can relate. being over 200 lbs with big old gorilla arms makes shit hard as hell to find. also, why is it that as the gear gets better quality, the fitting gets tighter and smaller? is it like only small people can have nice gear? wtf. only the cheaper shit fits baggier and bigger...i think the ski industry might be the only place where a midget might thrive and have an advantage...

HAHA! I would tower over them...I'm 5'11". But they advantage they have is that it's not far to fall, and they are a bit compact. LOL.

yeah man if its got good waterproofing and looks legit Im definately interested.

Another disadvantage to being tall. High center of gravity especially for rails!

damnn im 6'1 and i thought i was tall..you all like tower over me...

i found that large and xl foursquare pants are huge and quicksilver's xl jackets fit massive on me

Stuff like this is helpful haha There are a few others like this. Thanks for making this thread actually worth something

im pretty tall also and it makes it a hella lot harder to reach for grabs. but look at liam ddowney, he is like 6'4" and he sure as hell gets it done. girls like tall guys more anyway

Anyone who thinks 180 skis are long just cant ski, most pros use the longest ski that is offered. and yes most pros are short because the low center of gravity makes tricks easier and therefore look better. Being tall is by far better then being a short ass. You should change the title of the tread to Im Tall now fuck off.
