The scooter he was most likely riding is a lot different than your average Razor. I was at a skatepark skating with my cousin and some kid with a scooter wanted to trade for 5 minutes. So we did. The base is really wide and has a wider center of balance than a Razor. Kind of pointless if you ask me.
