Hold your applause, please.

I dunno about you, but i definitely didn't "work my ass off" for 12 years. Graduating high school was not hard, it made me realize how worthless and stupid people are who don't graduate from high school.

yeah i didnt work my ass off to graduate either, but still arresting people for cheering, f'n ridiculous

Work your ass off was a bit of an overstatement, but what I was trying to say was that graduating high school is an important accomplishment in ones life and it deserves a bit of self celebration...

wow thats rediculous. i could see telling people to not get too rowdy or whatever they wanted but graduation is supposed to be fun not so serious how they have it. let the kids celebrate

dude, i still know some pretty useless people who have graduated high school, and some pretty cool people who haven't

wow that story is pretty fucked up. people cheered at my graduation and nothing happened. schools are becoming way to strict.

yea my school is composed of half minorities and not to be incredibly stereotypical, but their families did yell and cheer a lot louder than mine (well they did). if that policy was inundated by my town, so many people would be fucked. i'd go to graduation next week just to cheer for my friends that are still in highschool. bullshit.

exactly what i was thinkin

Wow what a fucking joke! At my graduation last week we had people clapping loud, cheering, blowing air horns, giving standing O's. The students even had beach balls being thrown around. It was one big party which is exactly what graduation should be. A celebration of leaving one point of your life and entering a new one.

FUCK people one power trips.

Had to go through two complete pat downs before we could get to our seats for graduation cause they didnt want cell phones or beach balls. Man and the 2 guys who checked me should have really bought me dinner first

yea my sisters graduation is tomorrow. and at rehearsal today they were told they were not aloud to throw their hats for something super dumb like respecting the parents? like wtf

yeah dude, totally nailed a photographer in the head yesterday at mine... oh well, thats wut he gets for being in the front row, haha.
advantage of having a graduating class of 58, everyone can cheer for everyone and it still took less than an hour.
