Well i went to Pinewskis today, and its a pretty sick place, the guy working there knew a lot. I know for sure im getting 167 AR5s. At pinewskis theyre $525, and skibmc said he has some for about $399. I know pinewskis would give me much more for my money (edge grinding, waxing, ect.) But, im really short of money and i need new skis, so what are people experiences with these places, and do you think i should support a local shop, or get skis cheaper, if i got them for $525, i would have to slack on bindings.

pinewskis is a sic shop, and so is croneys (skibmc) both are local beins as that they are real shops in the midwest, so go with the better price.

Yeah the only reason the skis are so cheap is because if you were a smart business man, you would try to sell alot of skis and make a little profit rather than sell one ski and make full price!!!

I would support Pinewskis, it might be late now, but if consistantly support the same shop and stick with it theyre way more likely to give you a deal and help you out if you dont have any money.
