HMI: Rocky Mountain Semester

my school is affiliated with this program and I'm thinking about doing it, looks pretty cool and i get to spend a half a year in colorado. but, my only info is from their website so i won't get any of the cons of it, so i'm wondering if any NS'ers have done this or know kids who have done it. in the semester i saw that there's a 2 week ski trip but i'm wondering if you have to option to ski on weekends or if there're little places to skin near the schoolso i guess i'm looking for opinions on how it is generally, how the lodging is, food, amount of skiing, and just the general experiencethis may be a stab in the dark but i figured it was worth a shot, maybe nobody here has even heard of it, but i figured i'd try

well i already passed up the chance to do it but it sounds pretty sweet

either way i'm having a great year at school which i didn't really expect so it turned out well

I didn't ski that much, but it was still incredible. To be completely honest, I didn't ski as much as I had hoped but I learned how to tele, and I became friends with the construction guy who snowboards and we built a PVC rail together and I would sesh it every time I had a free.

Overall I was always itching to ski a little, but I would say to anyone thinking about going to ski a little less for one season and have a really different, but great time.
