HIV is NOT connected to AIDS !!

i haven't watched it either and it sounds like bullshit, but not everyone gets AIDS. Magic Johnson is resistant to it. his blood has next to no virus and his t-cell count is pretty much the same. he is one lucky motherfucker.

what type of T-cell receptor you have is genetic. it has nothing to do with expensive treatments. those obviously help though.
 
i actually watched about 10 min. it cut out after that. it was interesting. not sure how i feel about it. just because we haven't been able to isolate the virus particles doesn't mean that it doesn't exist. but i suppose we could be wrong about what is specifically causing AIDS.

Not everyone with HIV gets AIDS.

ummmm its not a treatment ccr5-delta 32 is genetic, you cant get aids, small pox (maybe i think) and like the people who had it during the black plague didn't get infected either...
 
HIV is the virus, AIDs is the condition. Just because you have the Virus, doesn't mean you will develop AIDs. It depends on alot of stuff, genetics etc, because of the nature of the virus. And I doubt there will ever be a cure for HIV. There might be for the AIDs condition, but not the actual virus. You can't make immunizations to virus like you can to bacterial infections. Especially with HIV because it morphs differently off of everyones genetic code, making it much harder to treat and prevent compared to like the Flu shot or something.

I did not watch it, but doesn't HIV causes AIDS?

But many conditions may seem like AIDS, including anti rejection medication for transplant patients. It fits the category.
 
HIV = Human Immunodeficiency Virus

AIDS = Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome

HIV causes AIDS in its later stages. If the virus gives you a number of the conditions thats are classified under the syndrome, then you have AIDS. If you do not develop these symptoms you simply remain HIV positive. I don't have time to watch the video but how the hell would AIDS not be related to HIV?

What my link showed is that Everything you know about AIDS is wrong.

HIV isn't like E-Coli.

You take the same strain of E-Coli and look at them, they are the same.

HIV cannot be identified, it has no Image.

It's mostly a mystery.

The scientists and doctors in the link don't believe HIV and AIDS is what that one doctor said it is.

Ermmmmm I STRONGLY suggest you go learn the difference between a Bacterium and a Virus.

A Bacteria is a cellular living organism, it is exactly the same, we can make antibiotics for people to take to protect you from getting sick by bacteria or to help you if you are already sick.

A virus is different. They are much smaller and morph incredibly quickly. That's why there are so many different strains of the flu, the virus is continually morphing. They also can't be treated like bacterial infections can.

How HIV differs from other virus is that (I think this is correct at least..) it changes for pretty much every person, based off of their DNA, which makes it even harder to treat. Your body also can't fight it off, and since it is so incredibly specialized it is nearly impossible to make any form of medication that will work on it, because it's different for every person.

And I doubt that video which I don't plan on watching will change what science has proven. AIDs is the condition that develops from the HIV. You can be HIV+ and not have AIDs, it completely depends on the person.
 
you should probably just watch the first ten minutes and you would understand more what it is about. it makes some interesting points. i only watched that much though.

Actually, science HASN;T proven it!!!!!!!!!! Thats what this is all about!!!There is no proof!!

Only 1 doctor has claimed he isolated and discovered the virus, but couldn't do it again.

how about you watch the link, or stop posting in here. We can't talk about something you havent seen, its incredibly Stupid.

meh maybe in a week when I have some time, don't have time to spare watching youtube videos atm. I'll look it up in some journals when I find the time.
