Hitler on Ski Boots?

I've just bought the 2012 Atomic Overload Reactors and I noticed something startling. On the tounge and the power strap there seems to be illustrations of Hitler, and on the power strap hes doing the nazi salute. Its kinda scary, but mostly I'm questioning atomics choice of graphics.

Look it up but it looks a lot like Hitler.

Nazi's also salute with their right, not left hand...

With the nuclear symbol on part of the strap I would imagine they were going for a Soviet guard type look... especially with the name reactor.. And the cliche 60s American women being scared.

I'm guessing they were just trying to put things that reminded them of reactor (or vice versa), and just drew up a shitty commie, scared yankee woman and a nuke symbol.. with some skulls to represent the deadliness etc.
