britton road, or that big parking lot on the right side of the road near the shandoe (sp?) condos. basically that shitty ass place where you see everyone park sort of by the sno-line community (dunno if thats the correct name either)

Britton road is your best bet. Not far up the highway, and lot's of normal people stop/parkt there.

I do it all the time. I usually drive out to where there is like a Y intersection with a big steel building and lots of other people park there. You usually get a free toke on the way up to. Just don't get in the car with some creep who would most likely rape you, unless your into that kind of shit.

I hitch hiked almost everyday for about a year. it's typically pretty safe. especially if you're a guy. this was in seattle though, I imagine bham is even easier
