PBR owns if your trying to drink for the best deal. Fuck keystone/natty/busche. The ice (5.9%) destroy you the next day, the reg taste like shit, and the light is water. PBR is 5.something and taste great for the price.
But if your really want to get drunk for cheap and hate yourself the next day... try Genesse. 13 bucks for a 30 pack where i live. Not even sure if your west coasters can get it, i think its a yankee beer.
