NS, i need your advice,

2 days ago i fucked my hip from skiing. it hurt pretty badly so yesterday i took it easy and didnt do any tricks while skiing. at the end of the day i decided i would be able to lip onto a rail. the second i landed on the rail i felt my hip pop out and my leg buckled. when i hit the ground on my side, i felt it popped back. worse pain ive ever felt. today ive been icing on and off the whole day but i still can barely walk. im going to see a doctor tomorrow. has anyone had any experinece with injuries like this before?

what did you do to get better?

how long did it take to heal?

any advice is appreciated. thanks

Shit man popping is not good. Vibes and hope you have a speedy recovery. I've bruised my hip before and it bothered me for about a year, but that wouldn't/didn't have a pop

nearly impossible to tell what's going on from the information you gave. i need details before i put my lab coat on.

Not what happened to you, but ALWAYS WEAR PADS FROM NOW ON.

Last year I fucked up my hip a lot over the season, continuously falling on it. Just last Sunday, I washed out on a landing and the impact wasn't even that hard, but because I had degeneration in my muscles from constant impacts, it completely tore my gluteus medius in half.

Haha, I was hoping this was going to be thread about problems that come from being too hip... like how to let the fatties down easy.

I broke my pelvis and have had issues with my hip ever since. Go to a chiropractor then do stretches to keep it strong and flexible, I'd it comes out once t will def donor a few more times

could be as minor as a strain, or as serious as a labral tear.. I had one last year, its no fun and it takes along time to heal.. best way to know is xray. but i hope for your sake its nothing big
