Aight so I have a particular problem regarding my hip. Its somewhat not aligned straight, that means my placement of weight upon my both legs is not symmetrical. The effects of this I can see feel even throughout my upper body. I was wondering if anybody has or has had problems ragarding msucle, ligament assymetry Id be interest to know about it and how the go about solving that. A friend of mine, a kungfu master, suggested yoga? Any thoughts?
 
chiropractors are the worst thing for your body hands down no matter how good it may feel to have your back cracked. they fuck you up so bad in the long run. my aunt is a doctor like she deals with people you have been paralyzed and had spinal cord injuries and shit and she told me if i ever go to a chiropractor she will disown me lol.
 
ive been going to a chiropractor for my back and it dos absolutely nothing. i would say definatly learn stretched and go to and ostiopathic doctor and they will give you excersizes that and stretches that are way better for you.
