hills on the east

I live in toronto and i was looking for some new hills to ski at so i turned to our neighbours to the south.....I came across a bunch of half decent hills in new york and so far the biggest therefore best seems to be Whiteface....if anyone who has skied there is it actually biggest in New York? and if so is there anything else around this eastern part of Us really worth skiing?

Which place has the best park? I dunno id like to ski us this year so any advice would be greatly appreciated......THANK YOU

 
VT resorts are sick, Jay, Stowe, Mad River, Sugarbush, Okemo, also you should come to maine and ski Sunday River and Sugarloaf

 
VT is vermont

and yeah its the best skiing state in the east

Being Irish, I guess I should resent the Notre Dame nickname 'The Fighting Irish.' After all, how long do you think nicknames like 'The Bargaining Jews' or 'The Murdering Italians' would last? Only the Ironic Irish could be so naively honset. I get the feeling that Notre Dame came real close to naming itself 'The Fuckin Drunken, Thick-Skulled, Brawling, Short-Dicked Irish'
 
I think of the east as park riding and the west as big mountain

vermont is a little far from toronto id say..Whiteface is supposed to be big, im not sure about their park or anything though.

skip iceface or bareface...whatever you want to call it, and go straight to Stowe, Killington, Mad River Glen, Mt. Snow, Stratton, and Sundy River.

 
vermont is a 10 hour drive..if you drive fast ;)

dude hit up jay peak...its right near the canada-vt boarder. its worth the drive. whiteface is the biggest in ny and it is a really nice resort, which is prolly the winter olympics have been there twice. it does have a rep of getting icy quite often though.
