Hiking up 7th heaven

I am thinking about hiking up to 7th heaven in one of the coming weekends. My friends think I am crazy but they are just lazy bums. Worth the hike? I know its a ton of time but eh what the hell, its good practice for hiking for powder next season.

Thing is...i live like hour and 15 from stevens. Still some decent snow on the upper reaches, so i figured what the hell. Rainer is quite a drive from my house.

you dont need to hike all the way up 7th for snow, just hike up skyline..it only takes 1/2 hour or so

Ya baker still has a ton of snow and not to much hiking.

takes 5 10 minutes to get to the step up and another 3 or 4 to get to some other jumps right next to it

I wanna see how it is up there but to be honest I dont really have any tricks. But it would be a place for practice.

Sounds good dude, I think im gonna have to make a trip up there soon. I cant this weekend cause of bros graduation but do ya think the conditions were be alright for a few more weeks?

I am definently interested, but my ride is usually working the days I'm free. I'll see if I can band together some people and hit it up, maybe this weekend.

By the way, has anyone (other than kevin) got shit for parking up there? Do you need a pass or something?

I wanna get up there soon also, it would be embarassing if you guys are throwing 720s and shit, and im just doing straight air or working on 360s.

I got the day off tomorrow, but Baker is too far to drive becasue I have to be back in seattle around 5. I'm thinkin of actually hiking some of 7th though, since thats where the snow is left. Anyone built anything up there?
