Grant told me about, and then I went on the hike to Lake Serene. Its up at Mt. Index. Totally awesome, but it is quite a hike. No climbing or anything, its pretty good. The lake is really beautiful.

Dont worry, its a controlled slide.

yeah, lake serene is awesome, the water is sooo pretty, all green and blue and really really clear...theres another one thats pretty good too..hmm...oh yeah..its called Mt.Forgotten, its pretty much this big green meadow up at the top..really pretty...it gets pretty brutal towards the end though

yay.snow.yay

also mt rainier is hella tight to climb. Just upo to muir is fun. But the summit is where it is at.

mt si is a zoo, but yea, the aforementioned lake serene and mt forgotten are very cool, granite mountain near snoqualmie and skyline ridge near baker are cool too

yeah mt si. is a nice clean trail but way too crowded.

i hiked to camp muir two weekends ago... it was fun. long hike though and pretty rough on the ol' legs. took us 5 hrs to go 4.5 miles and gain 4000ft vert. but the next day we skied down. good times.
