but i do speak afrikaans.
 
my neighbors were from africa and i used to watch their kids so i picked up the language fairly well. they too spoke afrikaans
 
jea, afrikaans has no masculine or feminine. itsa simple language, but correct sentence structure is crucial or its jibberish.
 
Im sorry but Dutch is the ugliest language ive heard. It sounds like an in-sink erator mixed with a cat being beaten with a galvanized pipe.

Look, heres how it works. If your a new girl to NS, either show us that you have the ability to ski, or show us a hot picture of yourself. If we approve either (hopefully the latter), you can stay.
 
nah unfortunately i can't speak afrikaans, someone just taught me how to say 'how are you' once, I learnt it in zulu as well..cool language, but I've never been to SA except a transit in Johannesburg so don't really have much need to learn it, plus i'm under the impression that most people from Capital cities in SA speak english anyway

I have, my Dad was a foreign exchange student there 38 years ago, and the people he stayed with he stayed in touch with, and Ive gone to a wedding, a 60th anneversary, and just visited. I walked around brussels. It reminded me of NYC. I think the people we know live in Ghent.
