Yeah so I know a good amount of NS bikes and highland is one of the premiere places to go during the summer in New England. So I decided a thread to keep up with all the updates they perform, as well as meet up and ride seemed cool.

Ill be there this saturday with a fellow Ns'er if your going hit us up!

i went last year, it was so much fun but i dont have a real downhill bike, maybe ill go up and rent one someday

i know a few guys on here that go alot

I also went opening weekend, everything was amazing. Had to leave for 2 hours in the middle of the day to get some stitches, but that was no big, came back and rode later.
and another video with a lot of highland shots in it, this time with a little bit better angle on the gopro, and music that i stole just as much from ski videos.

It was petty solid today after the weeks rain. Upper hellion, maiden voyage, and cat scratch fever wernt open but everything thing else that was was primee

happy hour = secks

I'm going to try to get up their this year. Sugarbush has 1 good trail and the rest are bike breakers(Literally) whens the best time to go?

for conditions wise if you go a couple days after its rained its prime cause its not all dusty nor are the huge mud puddles. anytime of the year i think is the best fall has leaves which kinda suck but they do a good job maintaining it.

I went with you!/claim
But yea it was ill. A little wet but not too bad.
Also if anyone is planning on riding Attitash this summer hit me up because I'm there pretty much every day.

Fuck in still in school the 22nd and 23rd and the 25th is whaleback..hopefully the 24th works haha

last year I went and did the lesson thing. you get full gear rentals, bike rentals, and a lesson for like 100 bucks. it was well worth it, i got some great tips from the insrtuctor

Have some days to kill in the next couple weeks and wanted to do a couple days of lift served (as well as kingdom trails). Watched the vids on the site and it looks awesome. To save a not insignificant amount of $ I was thinking of just running my 6" FS with a coil lyric up front and a heavy wheel set i don't have a lot of love for. I've never biked via lifts but ride everyday and love my bike. Will I be under biked and asking for trouble?

Obviously you would have a better time with a full suspension, but a lot of people do ride Hardtails there. It's a really smooth mountain with minimal rocks, roots, etc.

You should be fine. Have fun!
