this year is the first year i really started to ride pipe and i was getting about 6-7 feet out on average. but my highest was about 11. that's pretty big for our pipe, it's only 11 feet itsself. so i was just wondering, how high can everybody else get out of the pipe.

the sky's the limit when your riding a super dupa pipe like okemo's, and you have a lot of speed. i'm not sure how high i've gotten out, but it's a hell of a lot higher than usual

 
about 8' and still being able to get back in. and thats like just casing. any bigger and even then and your gonna deck hard. our walls are like 8'.

 
yea, i thought i was gonna die when i wa 11. i went to grab mute, and when i looked down i saw the deck and just started flailing. i landed PERFECT though.

but then the next weekend i tried to hit it as hard and got broke. i was about 7 feet out, cased it, ejected, front-flipped, landed in the flat on my back, ski came down and hit me in the head

14 or more feet...im usualy up around 8-12 regulary tho...and 10 feet on most flairs

our pipe is on the flattest hill in the world and usually so icy to carve up. I've lived here for two seaosn and I tried it for the first time about three weeks ago and I could get about two feet out it was really sad (and I had to come into it from another trail with speed carving straight up it to get out. Huge walls, flat trail doesnt work...... but my park is the only I've ever been to so maybe everyone elses is as bad

i never get to ride pipe, but when i do i get out a foot then fall. at least im honest. i just cant practice it anywhere

 
the closest ski resort from my home is 2.5 hours away and they have a 'halfpipe' with 5 foot walls. I went in Whistler/Blackcombs superpipe and i hurt myself bad, didn't know how to ride it. BUT, i do have my own skate halfpipe in my backyard that's 8.5 feet tall. yeah, i suck at pipe...

the first halfpipe ive ever been in was blackcombs superpipe and i shit myself hahaha but i got like 2 feet out i was proud of myself...i wish my home mountain had a halfpipe its wicked fun even if your barely getting out i dunno please dont make fun of me

at the local john i got to, its like 13 foot walls, and its my first year ever riding pipe. i can consistently get like 5 feet out, but when i one hit wonder it, i can get like 7 - 8

thats higher than 10 feet. Look at the people standing up, there say, 6 feet tall. Hes like10 feet above their heads. I'd say more like 15

yea i'd have to say like 6 feet, but I have never tried boming down and just hitting it with all my speed.

well, considering i live in indiana and we don't have a pipe it is hard to practice, but when i went to COC last summer i got like 3 feet one time.....then like 2 the rest.

Well our pipe sucks, it isn't even a pipe really. we dig one hit out of hit, and go down the whole thing for one hit-that's all we can do.

i get about 4 or 5 feet out, and i'm going pretty much twice as big as anyone else. that's sad-for me, my hill, and the people who ski it.

they said on espn that candide and cr were going 20 feet or more out of the pipe, and i think i would believe taht, especially when cr died on his cork 9...ouch...

If you ever catch on fire, don't look in the mirror, cause I bet that would really throw you into a panic!
 
i am doubtfull as well... i ski at squaw valley, anhd there are some guys who are increadible, and maybe sometimes someone will get out 10 ft... but not regularly. so im doubtfull... i probably have gotten somewhere between 5-8 ft on 18 ft superwalls.

dude, no way. our pipe has about 10 foot wals and on an average hit on a good day, i get about 6 feet out. i have somebody stand there and i usually go to about their head or higher

I'm pretty sure I've never been above 7 feet out, but damn, that feels huge when you boost a big mute. I can't imagine what 15, let alone 20 feet out, would feel like.

looks like that picture was taken from below...which means it'll look a lot higher then it actually is...i'd say it's probably close to 10 maybe 12 tops.

i've gone about 8 or 9 out of a pipe with ~9ft walls.

We did a high air jam in Vail's pipe, with the Measure stick. I hit 12 and was like, holy lord, this is big. Jr Martinez hit about 14, David Bird stared at 16 feet. Yes, we have a shot of him actually looking at the stick to see how high he was. This is David's attention span.

I saw a shot of Jr at parkasaurous at about 17 feet out. It was pretty sick.

Belan is got the highest i think at 22 feet, and Jon hit 10 Meters, which is i guess about 30 feet or so out of their handmade quarter.
