High Sierra ski bag

This might be a stupid question but I've bought a High Sierra Padded Wheeled Double Ski Bag DR216-904 and I have no idea how the Skis should be packed inside. It didn't come with any intruction. Should I pack them side by side or separetly? I've tried putting them separetly facing down but the brakes were almost damaging the bag.

I just don't want them to get damaged.

Please let me know how you pack your skis.

I'd put them together on one side, if you are suggesting your bag is seperated for two pairs. if you are worried about the brakes fucking your bag up put a light layer of duct tape on them (not so much that you bend the brakes tough guy)
