Shit is hitting hard. 5 AP classes? what the hell was i thinking? I just don't even care or want to do anything. Any uhh tips i guess?

anyone else suffering from this awful disease

(yes i know, its high school)

Those 5 AP classes are going to be so nice in college, intro college classes suck, its all review.

You think high school senioritis is bad, wait until college. I didn't do jack shit last year besides drink and play Call of Duty.

ahh dude you shouldve known better to take more then you can handle. but its good for you to get used to it cause college is gonna punch you in the face. i took some ap classes but nothing i coudlnt handle, like ap english and public speaking. i dropped physics cause thats the only thing i couldnt handle my senior year. you made a bad move but it will be worth it once you graduate unless your grade go down the shitteer of course

senoritis is the worst. its taken me 45 minutes to write a 250 word essay.
college needs get here quickly or else im gonna fail highschool.

A crippling disease that strikes high school seniors. Symptoms include: laziness, an over-excessive wearing of track pants, old athletic shirts, sweatpants, athletic shorts, and sweatshirts. Also features a lack of studying, repeated absences, and a generally dismissive attitude. The only known cure is a phenomenon known as Graduation.
Dude honestly most people get this but in all seriousness you have to just keep reminding yourself that the classes you take now will most likely be much harder in college.

my last full day of school was wednesday, and I have school tips and college visits, so i won't have another full day until i think the 29th or 30th. taking some AP classes, but my grades are pretty much gonna completely go to shit. anyways, you shouldn't be getting senioritis atleast until college applications are done, but usually once you get accepted.

I've been a victim since second semester, freshman year. School comes easy to me though, so pulling off a 4.2 weighted with 3 APs takes approximately 3 units of effort, most of which are devoted to waking up early enough to come on time.

All my apps are done and I know where I'm going next year. So its just starting to get bad for me.

Plus, my school doesn't allow off periods. I take 13 different classes this year, 8 of which are electives that I don't need the credit for to graduate. So everyday when I'm sitting in Drama or Jazz Band or some other bs class with I'm just like ffffuuuuu

My schedule:

Advanced Photography

AP Statistics (chose not to take BC Calc)

AP Government

AP LA

AP Macroeconomics

Calc-based Physics (our teacher claims it's the hardest conceptual class in Washington state)

Pretty much this ^ plus college apps sucks. Once second semester hits and college apps are in, though, I'm gonna be livin' it up.

I anticipated my senioritis so i'm only taking ap physics and AP calc. I destroy physics and my calc class is AB so my year is pretty much a breeze. Oh and I'm taking two periods of badminton

I screwed off senior year and got two D's in AP classes. Now I definitely wish I had taken the time to get those AP credits. Having extra credits on hand is always a benefit in college for class/housing selection etc.

AP classes really arent that hard. i took all AP classes second semester senior year and all but 1 first semester. never did a single assignment outside of class and had straight A's. maybe im just a nerd but its definitely worth it when you test out of college classes

well in my school we had to do our homework "outside of class" or the highest grade you could get was like a C.

smoke less weed.

get all your homework done asap, even if you really don't want to do it, that way you have free time later when you REALLY REALLY don't want to do it. use every available second outsdie of weekends to complete assignments. do your reading for harder classes in easier classes. do homework between classes, hide in the bathroom doing assignments.

last but not least...bribery.

i allowed myself to have senioritis because i took care of the tougher classes junior year and was already accepted to my first choice college

and its not that i didnt take my classes as seriously, they just werent very serious classes

haha my senior year is probably the easiest year sense middle school, i dont have to do shit and my grades are all high 80's and a few 90's. and i dont give a fuuuuck about school.

i hear ya. this spring i finished classwork for grad school. for the last 2 months it was mostly party time. i was mostly studying for an hour the night/morning before finals, as compared to days in advance for some normal tests.

yeah you'll never be sorry you took those classes. i know it's hard to not have senioritis but just relax, have fun, and get your shit done

Got a 63% on my broadcast journalism final. Didnt study one bit. I have a 97 in the class. Somehow I dont think seinoritus is working the right way.

Bros, you gotta anticipate this this shit, sophmore and junior year 8 full classes(no lunch or free periods) then senior year 6 classes and only 4 APs, plan ahead my dudes.

Oh please, you guys don't even know what senioritis is. It's November, your school year has barely started. Senioritis occurs when it is March and you are in all those AP classes which don't mean shit because you finished all the important work (AP exams) and you still have 3 months of school left.

i picked my classes carefully choosing a balance between what would look good on a transcript and what i could easily excel in when i had gotten into college. i'm taking 2 ap courses and the rest look good on paper but are incredibly easy. i'm holding an A average until i get an acceptance letter (hopefully in december) and then i'm gonna hold a solid 85 average once i'm into college because if i tank too hard the school will find out and reject me.

i have my senior year mapped out and i just laugh at these tryhards on the verge of hanging themselves because they're taking 6 ap courses and getting 81's in all of them. it sucks for them but i saw it coming

Im a junior and i got senioritis.

I have work release the first 2 periods of the day so i sleep in till 9. come to art class. goof off in english sleep through study hall, take notes in history watch shark movies in oceanography, and then sit on newschoolers my last period which is supposed to be an online math but its not. i need 3 credits to graduate next year. im thinking done with school at 10 and go shred the rest of the day and our school is gonna switch to a four day week.
