High school s. college

well i was reading the college thread and im starting to realize how sick college seems.so im only 15 and im going into my joinor year of HS

i guess its alright.party a lot but you have to hide it all from parents like smoking and drinking and thats always a pain.so im wondering how much better college years are then HS years...when i think about going to college it seems cool but i also get overwhelmed..i guess thats why im only going into 11th grade
 
college is going to be 10000000000000000000000000000000 time better than HS, garenteed, and im only a sr.
 
Im going to be a senior in HS and can't wait for college. Especially since im planning on going to CU. Boulder is by far the sweetest place in CO and skiing is close by. Most of my friends (especially the girls) are sad that its the last year of HS and im like "fuck yea, last year of shitty High School".
 
man im in no rush to leave high school. I miss a month of the winter to ski, the class's are easy, the partys are good and the girls are hot. I know that college/university has all that nd more but for right now i see no rush to run towards it. I think il walk nice and slow
 
yeah same thing happens to me, my brithday is just later in the year. Im 15 and going to be a junior.
 
yeah my b-day is in october.so i technically could be in either 10th or 11th.but i started kindergarden early

the only thing that sucks about it is that all my friends are driving now and i cant

but the good thing is that i can mooch off them for rides and dont have to pay for rides
 
boulder is not close to skiing. if u want close, try U of U (max. 45 min. drive to cottonwoods) or bozeman (15 minutes to bridger)also, i hear boulder is full of pretentious rich kids, and stupid hippies, and skiers who think theyre close to skiing, but not.
 
im in community college during the summer... and it sucks very much. but high school is gay to, if u think high school is the best time of your life, u lived a shitty life
 
i remember my geat uncle saying to me "HIgh school was teh best part o my life, and it'll be the best part of yours" that made me depressed because high school for me wasn't anything to brag about. so i can't wait for college.
 
you hear alot of bullshit then..i go to CU boulder, just finished my freshmen year..it was fucking awesome and boulder is one of the best places to live in the country..its about 1 hr 30 min to breck and keystone and all thoes mtns so its not too far.. byfar the best year of my life and blows away highschool (in Mass)
 
College is better. Especially if you have sucky parents. I loved living away from home and not having to deal with stupid bullshit from my parents. It sucked having to work so much harder though. Every week in college I did as much studying as I did during all 4 years of high school. It's cool though. Everyone there is there to learn and the classes are (for the most part) better than high school. You don't get to fuck around in class as much though. After your work is done though you can do whatever you want and barely worry about the consequences.
