High North or Camp of Champions

I wanna go to one of them but I'm not sure which. Thought some people who have gone to one could give some input on which one is better.

Camp of Champs is better. It may not have the coaches, but its got some SICK terrain, including their OWN halfpipe....which high north doest have. Also, there off snow activities are TONS better, just check 'em out...bungee jumping, mini golf, paintball, wake boarding, white water rafting, mountain biking, AND Camp of Champs has like 80 bikes that you can just isgn out and take around town anytime you want. Go to Camp of Champs!!!

Yeah, but the question was about the ski camp, and High North having the position to offer more, in addition to sick activities, really would be your best bet. Message me if you have any questions and will set the record straight bit bit as to why HN is the sickest.

both coc and HN have really good coaches on the roster, but HN from what I can tell has a better all around vibe and is all skiers, which makes it a little more close-knit I imagine.

Haven't been to HN, but CoC is awesome. Best rails and pipe on the glacier. The coaches are sick, super helpful. Who cares if there is a ton more kids then other camps? CoC has a ton more terrain and coaches then the other camps. I think the longest I waited for a rail, jump or the pipe was no more 3 or 4 people. In other words a minute. Plus the after skiing activities are sick.

High North for sure. Been there 3 summers in a row and every one kicks ass. I think they also bought more lanes for this summer. High North over COC.

high north is so much better, better coaches, a halfpipe right next to the park which is ours in the morning, paid dinners which saves you a couple hundred too, maybe not as many rails and jumps but they are less crowded and they are just as good as all of the COC rails, and sick activities that the whole camp can go to, also you get to chill with the coaches a lot more because there are fewer people, and you can use both lifts, overall high north is a lot better

HIGH NORTH SESSION 4

yeah seriously high north is the best fuckin camp, best terrain and coaching. and in COC the jumps suck, its over crowded and why pay for it when its soo easy to poach

stoneham rprsnt

High North is such a great camp, I would recomend it for sure. I was there this summer for a session, the coaches and activities are awesome. The whole atmosphere of the camp is just so chill, you pretty much can do whatever you want. Their park is one of the best on the glacier as well, and they have a such a sick pipe. Hope you enjoy whichever ya choose

HIGHNORTH HIGHNORTH HIGHNORTH, its sooooo much fun, COC looks good but u get to chill w/ all the pros @ highnorth and they have a less crowded park and a less crowded lift. the t bar for COC gets soooo fuckin crowded. and at highnorth ur right next to momentum and u can poach real easy if u see somethin really cool. its just a better choice.

I ran out of material for a new sig

coc has more terrain, high north has more big name pros. Coc has better after camp activities, hig north includes all meals, coc is a tad more expensive, consider what that little extra from coc is giving you (bungee jumping, white water rafting, paint ball, etc.) also terrain varyies year to year, this year high north lucked out with where all the snow landed on the glacier providing them with a more workable terrain, in previous years coc has had some of the best if not the best terrain on the glacier. I preffer coc just because the terrain is so huge that aside from actual terrain park features you can actully have room to ski. hope that helps

I just wanna ski, is that to much to ask in life

i went to high north last summer and had a good time.. i'd say HN because they have their own tow that they share with other private camps.. the public tow which is for everyone plus COC and other racer camps has and can build up to over an hour wait.. but if you're 18 or over i'd just spend it on a trip in the winter. u can get more bang for ur buck then.. but if u are younger and the price is right.. go for HN the coaches are real nice also

skiboardbitch, how can u afford 3 sessions straight....thats a lot of money

does anyone know what the prices are gonna be for HN this year

their fuckin site is down and CoC is offerin 200 bucks off if you sign up before christmas witch is what im doin

plus i have dreams about bungie jumping, wet dreams

'You got like, two feet of air that time!'

i went to world freeride this summer after going to COC, and world freeride killed it, the coaching is phenomenal, but between HN and COC go HN all the way....the coaching at COC is pathetic, and there are snowboarders, also ken achenbach is a bitch, and HN offers the same shit off hill COC does except for gay ass bungee jumping

^You don't know what you are talking about. CoC's coaching is top notch. You are assigned a coach for the week that you can ski with every run and they'll help you a ton. Or if you wish, you can ski on your own and there is 'floater' coaches at every feature who will help you as much as you need. Or you can totally avoid any coaching at all if that is what you really want...

The only disadvantages I saw of CoC was the tables weren't great, but I they weren't terrible either. I've seen much worse. Secondly, CoC doesn't have its own tow or lift, so hiking is your best option. Personally, I didn't really mind it, but it would definatly nice to have a less crowded tow like at Momentum or HN.

Which ever one you go to your going to have a great time guarented. If you want to go based on terrain, I would go to COC, they have so much.

I went to Dave murrrays this summer and they're were only like 7 skiers there and we have 2 coaches. It was almost like a personal lesson. It was pretty sweet even though they dont have the best terrain.
