Hidden Passages at your school

So today one of my buddies tells me that our school has a secret tunnel that goes from one building to the other and I'm like yeah right no way. So my friends and I spend our lunch period looking for it and find nothing. Then I tell this to one of my other friends who shows me where it is. It was like this little vent that has a ladder when you open it. I thought it was sick. We're gonna go through it tomorrow and see if it really goes to the other buidling. Its like something out of harry potter. Does anyone else have anything like this at their school most of the old ones with bomb shelters probably do.
 
well i went to aspen high, and there were mad cocaine smugguling tunnels going from tijuana directly to the kids lockers... but no crazy magic tunnels that go between buildings
 
i dont think my school has anything like that, but it does have a door that is always locked that is on a brick wall about 9 inches wide, so im guessing it is probably just a door to a surcit braker or something (i know i spelled surcit wrong but whatever, you get the idea)
 
supposedly theres a bomb shelter under my school, i'll have to check it out sometime, and theres also some way to get up on the roof, my friend did it when he was supposed to be in ISS
 
yeah, we had bombshelters under our school... it was made during the cold war and desigend so that it oculd be quickly turned into a wepons manufactring plant. The one under the first wing is just full of old computers. Its crazy. you walk in there and its like your in a sci fi movie from the 80's. You half expect a droid to pop out and try to be your friend because it hasnt seen any living thing in decades or something...
 
We have underground tunnels at my college. I've never seen the entrance to them, but I know some guys that have. I'm pretty sure the tunnels here are just for pipes and shit.
 
My school doesnt have anything that I know of. BUT I do have an old mental asylum near me and a prison and a hospital that is supposed to be really haunted. Its kinda creepy too because it looks like they all just got up and left. Theres everything still there, the medicine, the beds, everything.
 
yea we have tunnels that go all throughout our school. they go to these rooms that have stuff from the 70s. i guess the SBOs used to have their own secret room. there is all kinds of shit though, you could spend hours going through them.
 
we have a a little passageway that me and some friends went in. you go into this big storage closet and go up a ladder. the tunnel actually goes over top of the gym.
 
i've heard that there's an entire gym somewhere under our school. they say that it's the old gym where that was used as a bomb shelter during the cold war. i'm definitely finding it before i graduate.
 
Our school has so many. THis guy even wrote a book about his adventures in them. Theres one that goes underground to the bus garage, and one that goes up into a tower that has an old archery range in it. Thats all I can remember at the moment but there is more. The first two floors of the school are open but the upper parts are a bunch of old rooms, look at the picture.

Have any of you guys ever explored them my friends and I are planning on going through this one tomorrow. I doubt we'll get caught but just incase what would be a good excuse if we did considering the entrance to the tunnel is behind the door for the girls locker room.
 
At my old job 3 years ago in a movie theater, there was like 2 levels of basement that we knew of. THen one day we found a door with steps behind that went down farther, it was really creepy, it goes down like 30 feet more. When your walking down the stairs there's like doorways bolted shut all around you, some open with old ghost white maniquins. At the bottom of the stairs there are some maniquins with their heads popped off and stuff. It was really fun to do dares there, but kinda freaky becuase theres been ghost sightings there.

If you go upstairs ( the 2nd story) there were like curved hallways and secret rooms with no door.
 
my schools got a few tunnels. theres this whicked chill study hall teacher (we talk about cheeba with him and he helps us skip class and get back in the building and shit) and he's got one in his room that he let me and my buddy go in. it was just like a crawl space with electronics wiring and pipes and shit all up in it. theres also a sketchy looking door with like 6 locks on it in the basement that used to be a shooting range for the shooting team in like the late 70's. I asked the crazy janitor (every school's got one) to show that shit to me. it was like an old target range it was weird. theres some secret way to get up on the roof from our audotorium too. and at the summer school place i hadd ago to last year there were mad tunnels and a secret way up to the clock tower that we explored.
 
one of my friends older bros told us about this work shaft over the guys bathroom and he went to school a long time before us so it was like a forgotten place to us students. me and my friend would go up there and explore durring lunch or whenever cause you could find little tunnels that lead all over the school. it was pretty cool.
 
at my school there is a secret room in the rafters up above the auditorium, none of the teachers or staff new about it untill this year, and now its bolted shut. But it used to be a chill place to hang out.
 
theres a room thats in my school called the rainbow room, and its filled with comfy chairs and old record players and stuff like that. Apparently it was a place for the cool kids to smoke pot back in the day. I found one of the entrances to it but havent had the chance to explore it further.

In the guys locker room if you pull back a wall of lockers there is a crawl space that leads to the girls locker room then to a dead end. But its a shitload of work to pull back the lockers and get someone in there. Good way to hook up with a girl and have an escape route though.
 
The girls locker room at my school as exits in the front and the back, the back one leads to this far back hallway that no ever walks by cause all there is, is the band room so you can do shit in the girls locker room and escape out the back.
 
i went to a catholic school in burlington for 8 years, and their is a convent for nuns and shit next to the school, and their are like 4 tunnels underground that connect everything...we would go and mission over and knock on the nuns doors and shit during lunch break and stuff when i was in middle school...good times
 
my school has some ancient basement which is locked and off limits. i got to go down there one time wiht my class around the end of the year last year just so we could scope it out and it was sick. ti was this HUUUUGE open room with crumbling bricks and an enormous boiler and TONS of old wood and typewriters and gadgets. there was even one of those record players with the huge brass speaker.
 
in my study hall there is a vent on the floor that opens up and it looks liek there is a little tunnel under there but i havnt checked it out its filthy and shit
 
theres a park in my town which used to have a old fort(from the 1700's) on it and there are secrect tunnels spreding over 3 kilometres to seperate sections of the old fort. ive always wanted to go in but they are sealed
 
University of Washington reputable has huge steam tunnels that run everywhere under campus. However, I cant find the enterance of one thats near here (in some hillside apparently in the woods) and all the others on campus are locked.

Also, there is a seperate network of tunnels that connect the parking lots with some maintinence passages that go under on of the fountians, but I've never found those.
 
my freshman year of highschool we found how to get on the roof and we found 2 room at opposite ends of the school that were identical, one for boys and one for girls, the entrances were just big enough for a person to squeeze through and then the tunnells opened up into a crawl space that was like 30 feet long, in the rooms there were couches and shit, i guess they used to be were the kids chilled after school years back, now they are sealed (screwdriver unseals them, duh), and the gym which is in the basement is the bombshelter for the town, we found one other tunnell/hallway that was hidden in the main gallery/ entrance area behind a large peice of molding, we spent like 20 minutes going through it before we realized it took us around the entire school between the inside and outside wall, it was like 2 feet wide, i still dont know what it was for, but there were lights and shit so it was meant to be used by someone, its really sketchy, in the gym there is a door located high up one of the walls, no one has ever been able to check that one out, i really want to know where it goes
 
my school has a ladder to a large tunnel that over looks the girls locker room through a few different vents...JEAAA!!
 
after i finished elementary school I remember them takin us on a tour and there was some passage that went through the entire school that was a tiny crawlspace and you could see in every room, I also got to go in the girls washroom teehee
 
our school has a huge system of maintenance tunnels called the catacombs, we go down there and explore it sometimes. there's also a tunnel to the National Guard armory next door
 
my old school used to be a mortuary and you could still tell which rooms were the refigerator room and where the metal gurnies would pull out of the wall with the dead body on them. there were also the places where the coffins would be placed and stuff, pretty crazy. My current school doesn't have any secret passages that i know of. Its hella old and is in the military fort known as the presidio(the same park where the golden gate bridge connects to) and it was the building where the guy signed the thing that sent all the japanese to the concentration camps. it was completely remodeled last year so im sure if there were any passages, that they were sealed up. we do have a semi secret basement though that you can get to through the staff elevator
 
not at my current school but the one i used go to it was built in the early 20'th century and we had a lot of really sketchy rooms in the old gym. but the library which was built in like 1980 and we found a cold war bomb shelter linking it to one on the other new buildings but it was so freaky we went half way then stopped an went back
 
we've got one of those where i live, except theres this one that is like buried and somehow my buddy knew exactly where to dig or something but we went there and dug out the entrance and went in. it was so fucking scary.
 
my school has a secret friring range somewhere in the basement. and theres a giant tunnel from world war two connecting my school to the other old highschool in the neighborhood, (its about 1000m away) its been recently sealed off though, unfortunately
 
Theres a secret staircase that goes up to the pool on the roof that all the freshmen go to, but I can never find it..

Theres this abandoned cheese factory in our town that had a big gas leak and everyone just left it and shit and now theres shit scattered all over and stuff.. pretty scary at night.
 
My schools in downtown portland and theres a door that connects to the old tunnels that run all around portland, kids used to smoke and shit when they had a key, but now its padlocked and shit
 
we have ceiling panels that our janiotors occasionally disappear into, and trap doors in our cafeterias and hallways
